Workout Overview
This total body strength training session will focus on proper execution and body mechanics for safe, progressive, and effective lifting. Strength Training is essential for increasing metabolic rate for weight loss, increasing/restoring bone density, decreasing body fat, building lean muscle mass, injury prevention in sport or life, improve balance and stability, decreased risk of coronary disease, increased sports performance as well as making everyday life tasks easier, and looking better!!. This session will be held in a motivating and non-intimidating environment for all fitness levels and goals.
