Workout Overview
Add this knockout workout to your fitness program. You'll be sure to have a lot of fun while getting an awesome crosstraining/core conditioning workout. Learn the jab, cross, hook and uppercut and get fast results as you train like a boxer (without ever getting hit!!!). An upbeat group setting for all levels.

No experience required.
Must bring your own Boxing gloves.

Class Pre-Requisite

If you have no previous boxing experience, we ask that you attend our Intro to Boxing Session (free 1/2 hr session) on Fridays at 9:00am - by appointment only.

Getting Started

To get started, follow these three steps.

1. Register Now
2. We will then contact you to set up your initial session/start date.
3. Show up on your scheduled date!
It's really that simple! Don't wait - register today to get in to your first fundamentals session and we will guide you from there to start working out and feeling great!!
