PITTSBURGH MARATHON COMING THIS MAY!!!

WHATS IN THE WORKS FOR 2009
The Next Session of classes will begin on Wednesday JANUARY 7th. We will be holding our Classes at the Wildwood Sports Complex located minutes from North Park on Wildwood Road. (Next to Wildwood Highlands). Some of the classes we will be offering this January...
R.A.W. WORKOUTS
We will continue to offer our R.A.W. Classes on Wednesday mornings at 9:15am and Saturday mornings at 7:00am. This is a unique class designed to challenge all fitness levels from beginning to advanced levels. Every class is different and uniquely designed to give you a total body workout.
KETTLEBELL CLASSES
We will be offering Kettlebell classes on Mondays at 9:15am. There are so many great benefits to training with a Kettlebell. Click HERE for more information on this exciting training tool.
**YOUTH/TEEN CLASSES**
We will now be offering NEW Youth/Teen/Adult classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm. This class will focus on developing overall strength, agility, speed, power, flexibility and endurance to improve the base for overall improved sports performance.
CROSSFIT R.A.W. CLASSES
We will be adding new CrossFit R.A.W. Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am to the January schedule. This is a multi-level class that will be a CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) scaled to all fitness levels. Full warm-up, full explanation of the WOD, timed/reps counted WOD, followed by cool-down and stretch
INTRO TO OLYMPIC LIFTING/WOD
***ATTENTION ALL MARATHONERS AND TRIATHLETES!
(actually EVERYONE will benefit from this class!)
We will also be adding a NEW Intro to Olympic Lifting /Workout of the Day (WOD) class to the January schedule. This small group training is the ideal environment to learn perfect form and technique of the Deadlift, Clean, Back Squat, Front Squat, Press, Push Press, and Bench Press to increase athletic performance, lean muscle mass, and overall total body strength! These lifts play a vital role in improving athletic performance. Full instruction and workout.
Pre-registration is required!Limited to 8 people maximum. Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00am
EVENING CLASSES
**Coming Soon**We will also be adding night classes to the schedule. Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00pm for our R.A.W. Workout. Times are set but pending facility availability.
