R.A.W. WORKOUT CLASS is indoor/outdoor class that is never the same class twice! The goal of this class is to provide active men and women of all levels the opportunity to increase strength and aerobic capacity while offering variety to their current exercise programs. We bring the concepts and methods of CrossFit into our creative R.A.W. workouts to bring a total body workout like none other! This time tested training method will develop strength, explosive speed, power, lean muscle mass, and endurance all wrapped in one.

CLASSES FOR YOUTH/TEEN/ADULTS
This class will be designed for the youth/teen age group athlete but open to adults as well. We will be focusing on developing overall strength, agility, speed, power, and endurance all as a base for improved sports performance.
CROSSFIT R.A.W.
This will be a Crossfit Workout of the Day (WOD) with a full warm-up, explanation of the WOD, timed/reps counted WOD, followed by a cool down and stretch. INTRO TO OLYMPIC LIFTING/WOD
A strong athlete is a more efficient athlete! This small group training class is the ideal environment to learn perfect form and technique of the Deadlift, Clean, Back Squat, Front Squat, Press, Push Press, and Bench Press to increase athletic performance, lean muscle mass, and overall total body strength! Full instruction and workout. Pre-registraion is required! Limited to 8 people maximum.
LOCATION: For the Winter sessions we will be holding our classes at the Wildwood Sports Complex. Located minutes from North Park at 2330 Wildwood Rd. next to Wildwood Highlands. We will meet at the indoor soccer fields (building with blue roof).
FEE: Punch cards available to be used for any class!

WHAT TO BRING: To every class please bring a jump rope, a water bottle, and a towel. Also bring warm clothes (jacket, hat, gloves, etc.)
